Next Date TBA 2009	ANGELO'S CUCINA TRINACRIA 407 Walnut (South East Corner of 4th & Hwy 32) Chico, CA 530-899-9996 Lisa and Norton will be playing their favorite Sicilian, and Neapolitan instrumentals, and may even slip in a few holiday tunes, at this great Sicilian restaurant in Chico. This restaurant's owner, Angelo Lucido, was raised in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, the same Sicilian village that Lisa's father was born and raised in. Lisa grew up listening and playing guitar with her father, Tony Flores, a wonderfully talented mandolinist, who later put out several releases of both Sicilian/Neapolitan music and Latin tunes. While having Lisa's father live with them, Norton also got to play a bunch with them, and has since learned a wonderful selection of Tony's repertoire. Together, Lisa and Norton now carry on this great family musical tradition. It is always a special treat when they get a chance to play at Angelo's, as the wonderful food that he serves is such a link to the traditional family meals that Lisa grew up with.
