Buffalo Blurb

Our apologies to you all for the dysfunction we have experienced over the past couple of months with our website. We are now back online with a passion and ready to bring you even more than before as we get it all up to date. Welcome back!! My thanks to Chris Harris and Jolene Brown for keeping me on track so we could get things going again. Without the support of my fans it would be really quiet around here.

I have been in the studio recording and singing on a whole new batch of Buffalo material. In performance the newest fun venture I have is with the Acoustic Knockouts ... featuring the regular members of the Knockouts ... Johnny Vernazza, David Brown and Tyler Eng .. also including Nina Gerber (an incredible guitarist that has performed with Kate Wolf, Holly Near, Molly McGuire, Laurie Lewis, Chris Williamson among others), Tommy Thomsen ... a wonderful western/rock flavored guitarist and singer who has been inducted into the western swing hall of fame. (Tommy and I have been friends and musical partners for over twenty five years. It is a pleasure to have him onstage with us) ... last but not least, James Henry on percussion (you gotta see this cat live to catch his incredible energy ...big fun!!) James adds a great dimension to these tunes with his lyrical approach to percussion and his infectious joy in performance.

So as you can tell, a lot is going on here. I'm doing as much as I can in the studio before I head out on the road with Steve Miller in March. I will do my best to keep you all posted as to all of the Buffalo goings on. Stay tuned for some great new changes and additions to this site.
